Although Dr Siekmann is a specialist in knee surgery, particularly in the area of reconstruction, he also performs endoscopic examinations on the ankle, in addition to mosaicplasty for bony and cartilage defects. Dr Siekmann studied at the University of Bonn and was awarded his doctorate in the field of fundamental biomechanics at the University of Cologne.
