Size alone should not be the decisive factor when a man decides to have a penis enlargement. A satisfying love life and personal well-being should come first before the procedure. If neither is the case, it is not uncommon for psychological disorders, inferiority complexes and psychosomatic problems or even impotence to occur.
Personal feelings alone are decisive. The way a man feels about the size of his penis is comparable to the way a woman feels about the size of her breasts.
The demand for penis enlargement options has increased significantly in recent years. However, there are only a few specialists in German-speaking countries in whose hands you can place your trust if you wish to undergo such a procedure.
Surgical or medical aesthetic procedures are the only proven effective methods for penis enlargement. We strongly advise against pills and creams that promise an increase in penis size, especially those advertised online. Even pumps, massage techniques or mechanical extenders cannot achieve permanent enlargement on their own.
The results and methods of penis enlargement have improved and developed over the last 15 years. As with many surgical procedures today, a gentle technique is used which, depending on the extent of the penis enlargement, is performed under local anesthesia, twilight sleep or gentle mask anesthesia.

Ligamentolysis
The surgical technique used to perform penis enlargement is called ligamentolysis. The front retaining ligament between the shaft of the penis and the pubic bone is loosened so that part of the inner penis can be moved outwards. The visible part of the penis is thus lengthened.
The "gain" is between two and six centimetres in the flaccid state. The length of the erect penis is largely determined by the erectile tissue, meaning that the length of the erect penis can only be minimally influenced by the surgical procedure.
The length gain through penis lengthening depends on the initial length on the one hand, and on the individual tissue condition of the penis and the extent of curvature of the inner penis shaft on the other.
Reduction of the mons pubis
An unfavorably enlarged fat deposit in the area of the mons pubis can lead to a perceived loss of penis length in some men. In the worst case, the penis is completely covered by the fat deposit. This is described as "buried penis" syndrome.
In the course of a mons pubis reduction, the fat apron surrounding the penis is suctioned off or surgically removed. This makes the "buried" penis visible again in its full length, which is equivalent to a visual penis enlargement.
The penis can be thickened using hyaluronic acid or autologous fat. The latter method is the only one that has been proven to thicken the penis in the long term.
In this case, previously harvested autologous fat tissue is injected evenly between the penis skin and the shaft. The additional volume significantly increases the circumference of the penis.
Sterile preparation of the autologous fat is essential before penis thickening. The aim is to separate fluid and fat cells from each other in order to have the maximum concentration of autologous fat tissue for penis enlargement and to minimize the amount of tissue that breaks down again. Some of the transferred fatty tissue is absorbed by the body, the majority remains permanently. If hyaluronic acid is used as a filler, it must be taken into account that the body breaks it down almost completely over the course of a year.
The girth of the penis can usually be increased by up to 40% with a penis enlargement, whereby the ratio of penis length to penis thickness should be taken into account with regard to an overall aesthetic result.

A comprehensive consultation should always be the basis for an individual decision on penis enlargement. The procedure is low-risk if it is carried out by an experienced specialist.
Erectile function and fertility are not affected by penis enlargement. Only a small, usually invisible scar remains after the operation and the patient can usually return to work a maximum of one week after the operation.
However, extreme physical exertion should be avoided for the first three weeks, especially in the case of penis enlargement.
A four-week period of sexual abstinence after penis enlargement is essential to achieve the desired result.
Penis enlargement boosts lost self-confidence and eliminates insecurity. Men who previously felt embarrassed when showering at the sports club or in public saunas or even felt insecure with their sexual partner can feel comfortable in their own body again. The operation also makes the penis look bigger in underwear and swimwear.
In any case, it is important to consult a doctor with the appropriate specialization and experience and to clarify your expectations regarding penis enlargement surgery. It must be explained what is medically possible and where the limitations of penis enlargement lie.
A large proportion of patients want both penis enlargement and penis thickening. Penis enlargement can therefore achieve optimum aesthetic harmony. The cost of an operation is usually between 4,000 and 10,000 euros. The costs depend on the type of operation and the technique used.
As with most aesthetic operations, the patient must bear the costs of penis enlargement themselves. In almost all clinics, however, payment in installments is also possible.
