This intimate surgical procedure, which involves enlarging the G-spot, allows for greater friction during sexual intercourse. This leads to enhanced sexual stimulation.

To achieve the greatest possible effect, specialists in intimate surgery enlarge the G-spot to twice its original size (doubling its volume). The enlargement is performed by injecting the patient’s own fat tissue or hyaluronic acid.

The G-spot, named after the German physician Ernst Gräfenberg, is an area in a woman’s genital region. It is located on the front wall of the vagina, about five centimeters from the vaginal opening.

In addition to hyaluronic acid, the G-spot can also be augmented using the patient’s own fat. To do this, specialists extract some fat tissue from other parts of the body—often the outer thighs or the inner knees. This procedure is performed under local anesthesia.

The fat is extracted gently. Afterward, doctors inject the vagina with an anesthetic solution and introduce the fat tissue using a fine syringe.

Autologous fat injection provides a permanent solution, whereas hyaluronic acid breaks down within 6 to 12 months. After this time, the size of the G-spot returns to its original size. Approximately 60 to 70 percent of the autologous fat tissue remains permanently.

During the procedure, the patient is fitted with a urethral catheter, which doctors remove immediately after the procedure. Fluid and blood accumulate in a vaginal tamponade. Doctors remove this tamponade one day after the surgery.

• Removal of the vaginal tamponade

Medical experts recommend taking the prescribed antibiotics and decongestants regularly.

You should refrain from sexual intercourse for the first two weeks after the procedure. During this time, you should avoid strenuous physical activities.

You may shower as early as two days after the procedure. However, during the first week after surgery, shower only with water—do not use soap. Even after that, be sure to use only pH-neutral products.

You should completely avoid sitz baths. Please refrain from swimming in chlorinated water for three weeks.

You may, however, swim in still bodies of water or the ocean again after just one week.

Patients generally do not experience severe pain after the procedure. No serious risks or complications are expected.

If severe swelling occurs, it may lead to an obstruction of urine flow. In this case, a urinary catheter will be used temporarily.

Regarding the success of G-spot enhancement treatment, the following should be noted:

• Since the existence of the G-spot has not been scientifically proven in intimate surgery, specialists cannot guarantee the success of the treatment.
• This is also because vaginal responsiveness varies significantly from woman to woman. Furthermore, some women require very little stimulation to reach orgasm, while others have never experienced it.
• Experts estimate a 70% probability that enlarging erogenous zones can improve stimulation and orgasmic experiences.
