He also leads the Department of Gastroenterology and Oncology at Humboldt Hospital and serves as Deputy Director of the certified Visceral Oncology Center for Colorectal and Pancreatic Cancer. Recognized as a leading expert in digestive, liver, and intestinal diseases, Dr. Weismüller has a particular focus on benign and malignant conditions of the bile ducts, including primary sclerosing cholangitis and cholangiocarcinoma (e.g., Klatskin tumor).
